Payment for a product or coaching service is payment for the specific educational product or coaching service purchased. It is not a legal retainer and does not retain Family Law Vault or any individual associated with Family Law Vault as your attorney.

No attorney-client relationship is created by:

Purchasing or downloading a digital product;
Booking, purchasing, or participating in a coaching session or program;
Communicating with Family Law Vault by email, message, phone, video conference, social media, or other means;
Asking questions during a coaching or educational session; or
Using any worksheet, checklist, guide, template, video, course, resource, or other educational material provided by Family Law Vault.

Educational Coaching & Preparation Services

Family Law Vault coaching is educational and preparatory in nature. Coaching may help you become more informed, prepared, organized, and confident; identify questions to consider or discuss with your attorney; organize information and documents; and develop stronger self-advocacy and preparation skills.

Family Law Vault coaching is educational and preparatory in nature. Depending on the service purchased, coaching may help you:

Better understand general family court processes and terminology;
Organize information and documents;
Identify questions to consider or discuss with your attorney;
Prepare for important conversations, meetings, or proceedings;
Strengthen communication and self-advocacy skills; or
Develop a personalized preparation or action plan.

Coaching does not include acting as your attorney, appearing in court on your behalf, filing legal documents for you, establishing an attorney-client relationship, or providing individualized legal advice.

Family Law Vault does not guarantee any particular legal result, court ruling, settlement, custody arrangement, financial outcome, or other outcome from the use of our products or services.

Digital Products & Refund Policy

Because our digital products provide immediate access to educational content upon purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
